Your personal data such as your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, and if you specify, your personal data to be found in your message; It is processed for the purposes of conducting employee candidate/intern/student selection and placement processes, conducting the application processes of employee candidates, planning human resources processes, and conducting communication activities. Your personal data is not used for any automated decision-making that affects or forms your profile, other than what has been described above.

2. Export of Personal Data

Your personal data will be transferred to the following recipients if you have your explicit consent within the scope of KVKK and/or your consent within the scope of GDPR:

  • In case of your explicit consent for the purposes of conducting business activities, conducting communication activities, to our group companies,
  • E-mail will be transferred to the servers and data centers abroad of the companies providing information technology services, limited to the use of cloud computing and hosting services.

3. Security

Security measures are taken to ensure the security of your personal data. The necessary security measures are implemented by the company within the framework of our published policies to prevent situations such as the loss of your personal data, access or execution by unauthorized persons.

4. Right to Withdraw Consent

If you have consented to the processing and transfer of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent in whole or in part. If we receive notification that you have withdrawn your consent, your data will no longer be processed for the purposes for which your consent was obtained, unless there is another legal basis for the processing, provided that it complies with applicable data protection legislation.
